Democracy and Human Rights for Africa is a permanent, viable and lasting non-profit organization created by the African diaspora in the United States of America that is secular and of public interest for reflection, consultation and communication. It is a public benefit corporation which is organized for  public and charitable purposes.

Democracy and Human Rights for Africa aims to advocate, inform, advise, guide, coach, assist and support all issues relating to Democracy and Human Rights using traditional and innovative methods in order to make a positive contribution to both the good governance and the socio-economic development of African countries.
